The General Assembly Meeting planned for 23 March 2020 is cancelled in response to the imposed NATO and Belgian government regulations concerning the COVID-19 situation.
Therefore, the Board asks the NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES to vote via e-mail on the following points by 27 March 2020:
1. Updated NCB Statutes for the 2020 Bazaar year.
2. Updated NCB Internal Regulations.
3. New candidates for the incoming NCB Board.
4. Meeting minutes of the last NCB General Assembly Meeting (GAM) on 12 November 2019.
How to vote?
Please send your e-mail vote to President, Vice-President and Secretary (president@natocharitybazaar.org; vice-president@natocharitybazaar.org; secretary@natocharitybazaar.org) in the following format:
– I approve the updated Statutes 2020 of NATO Charity Bazaar ASBL.
– I approve the Internal Regulations of NATO Charity Bazaar ASBL.
– I vote for all the candidate Board members and Board 2020 proposed.
– I approve the meeting minutes of the GAM on 12 November 2019.
Please keep in mind, that each nation gets one vote by its National Representative (NR). In case s/he cannot vote, s/he must give a proxy to the Assistant National Representative (ANR).
